Hoods Cleaned to bare metal.

We scrape, degrease and pressure-wash the whole exhaust path — hood, plenum, filters, duct run and fan — then hand you dated photos and a certificate your fire inspector will accept. Most of it happens overnight, so your line never loses a shift.

What we do

The whole grease path, not just the part you can see

A hood that looks clean means nothing if the horizontal duct and the fan above it are packed. We open every access panel on the system and clean what’s behind it.

Hood & duct cleaning

Hoods, plenums, filters and the full duct run scraped and degreased to bare metal — not coated, not painted over.

Rooftop & fan service

Fan housing, blade and hinge kit cleaned and reseated. Belts checked, containment reset, roof left clean.

Grease containment

Rooftop catch systems and absorbent media installed and swapped so grease stays off your membrane and out of your lease.

Filter exchange

Baffle filters swapped on a route schedule. Clean set in, dirty set out — no sink time for your crew.

Kitchen deep cleaning

Behind-the-line degreasing: walls, ceilings, equipment exteriors, floor drains. Done overnight, dry by open.

Compliance paperwork

Dated photos, a service sticker on the hood with the next due date, and a certificate for your file.

How often

Your cleaning interval is set by what you cook

MONTHLY

Solid fuel

Wood-fired ovens, charcoal grills, smokers. Creosote plus embers — the shortest interval in the standard.

QUARTERLY

High volume

24-hour kitchens, charbroiling, wok ranges. Grease-laden vapour with no idle time to dissipate.

SEMIANNUALLY

Moderate volume

Most sit-down restaurants and hotel kitchens running a standard service.

ANNUALLY

Low volume

Churches, day camps, senior centers and seasonal kitchens.

The standard

“Clean” means bare metal

NFPA 96 is specific: the system is cleaned to bare metal, and nothing gets coated or powdered afterward to hide what’s left. Here’s what that looks like on a typical overnight.
